I have a question. I always wear out the cords on my headphones so when I ordered a pair of ANC7, I was excited that it has an easily replaceable detachable cord. However, I went to the audio-technica website and couldn’t find where they sold separate/replacement cords. I’m certain that eventually, in a year or 2 I’ll need one. Do you know where I can get extra cords?
There isnt anything special about the cord, its just a 6ft long cable with 3.5mm mini AV connectors on the ends. You can find these pretty much anywhere, radio shack, best buy, circuit city, etc.
Awesome thanks!
Great video. I’m thinking of using these for DJing purposes as well as flights, etc. Do the earpieces rotate like typical studio monitor headphones do? Thanks!
I wonder if the U.S. military uses audio technicas for its torture programs of sensory deprivation. I’ve seen a photo of all the people who got kidnapped at Guantanamo Bay kneeling on the ground and they are blindfolded in plastic clothes and have some sort of headphones on.
I think they should drown all the rag heads at gitmo. Why waste time torturing them when there are so many fools like you here we can torture. I think we should round up all scum bags like you and make soylent green out of you. Then you would be worth something.

lol…nice 1970s movie reference. It really shows your age. Take your AARP card and shove it up your filthy, rotting ass.
very nice review. concise and informative and dense with info. didn’t spend entire time talking about obvious appearance issues like the other review on youtube.
I got these
. They are comfortable and sound great.
You are a great speaker lol. You seemed casual enough to be likeable, but you were fluid enough to have been reading off of a script.

hey i donno if i should get Audio-Technica ATH-ANC7 Noise Cancelling Headphones or sony MDR NC60 Plz help me
does anyone know if the ANC can cancel out construction noise? (drilling for the most part)
Err, what’s your point?!?!?
pt is he’s hitting on him n giving him the hint
I have’m and i agree! great review!
I am an airline crew member…. great video and it helped a lot
It’s called a “compliment”.
great review man well worded
if your professional, you require professional equipment, these arent entirely professional, but pretty damn good for the price!
NC does not cancel random noises like conversation, and drilling isnt a constant enough noise for the circuitry to identify, if you get my meaning like for the circuitry to remain efficient, it cannot constantly record and gnereate a negative phase of it it will do so only when a constant noise is found, and monitoring is set to more far apart intervals
manufacturers tweak variables and materials used
by the way, all of the above is just observations made from two pairs of dismantled ANC sets
Thanks a million for your review. You have helped me make my decision.

does it leak sound?
@zkyb0y sound will obviously leak if you turn up the volume
