MdL Reviews: Choosing Headphones
There are countless headphones on the market, but how do you know which one will work best for you? In this video, I discuss three different models, the Sony MDR 7506, Audio Technica ATH-M50, and Monster Beats. Each has its own use, but my go to preference are the Audio Technica phones. Check out the video and share your personal experiences with headphones below.

M50s are great but if u hav the money to spend, get the best bose headsets u can buy
my friend has one cost over 300 US but it is damn awesome
usually i buy the cheapest around ear headphones for the booth/ singer… they dont need to hear a “flat/clear” mix they just need to hear the beat to record so why waste 50$ on some headphones that are gonna get beat up and thrown around… now for ME and for mixing i like to spend some money on nice headphones! imma try the m50′s have heard a lot of good things about them!
Well on a scale of 1 to 10 how do you all rate the AKG 99. I have had them for a year and I love them to death only thing I can’t do with them is mix my low end. But I haven’t found a pair yet that gives good reproduction of low frequencies accurately

beats by dre not in this fight?????
@YellowManBeats i think any current pc is good enough dude. You just need the software like FL, or Cubase or Reason or Logic. But in a mac, i think you can have all that put in and you will have garageband and Protools which are great as well.
@thomasdavidlilleytdl they’re shitn you only like them because they are “by dre”
Beats by Dre!!
