It has the 3185 movement, although some of the transitional models have the 3186 with Parachrom Blu hairspring. The same 3186 movement is found in the 116710 (SS), 116713 (YG/SS), and 116718 (YG) versions of the Ceramic bezeled GMTIIs. The 3135 is indeed the base calibre for the Submariners (16610, 16610 LV) and the Yachtmaster (16622).
